What is included in each package?

Each package is a documentation service for one onboarding workflow. Depending on the plan, that may include a cleaned-up checklist, a structured SOP, client-facing onboarding steps, handoff guidance, and notes on gaps or unclear ownership.

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes 1 revision round. If you need more changes after that, additional revisions can be added.

What counts as a revision?

A revision covers minor clarification, wording updates, and small structural adjustments to the workflow pack. It does not cover adding a new workflow, expanding scope beyond the original request, or turning the project into ongoing consulting.

What is not included?

This service does not include software setup, automation implementation, CRM configuration, legal or compliance documentation, or broad operations consulting.

Who is this service best for?

This service is best for small agencies and service businesses that already have an onboarding process, but need it documented more clearly so steps are followed consistently.

Who is this not for?

This is not the right fit if you want someone to document your entire business, build automations, implement tools, or provide broad consulting across multiple operational areas at once.

What do I need to provide to get started?

You can provide whatever currently exists: notes, screenshots, docs, templates, old SOPs, checklists, or just a plain-English explanation of how onboarding works today.

What will I receive?

You will receive a workflow pack for the selected onboarding process. Depending on the package, that may include a checklist, SOP, handoff guidance, and notes on gaps or edge cases.

Can you document more than one workflow?

The current offer is scoped around one onboarding workflow. Additional workflow packs are planned, and separate workflows would be handled as separate scoped purchases rather than rolled into one project.

Are other workflow packs available?

Not yet as live standalone offers. Planned future packs include client offboarding, project kickoff, intake, approvals, and revision management.

What happens after I submit the questionnaire?

After you submit your details, the order information is reviewed. If anything important is missing, you will receive a follow-up request before work begins.
