  • Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
  • Client files are handled with minimum necessary access.
  • Workflow Packs is intended for process documentation, not storage of sensitive records.
Refund

How refund handling works

  • Refund handling depends on work started, scope match, and deliverables already provided.
  • Clear scope and complete intake reduce refund risk on both sides.
  • No guarantee is made beyond the specific deliverables listed in the purchased package.
  • Outside-scope requests may be declined or re-scoped rather than refunded after work begins.
